Position: Electrical Engineer for Controls and Instrumentation

Lead innovative electrical design as an Electrical Engineer focused on Controls and Instrumentation.

Your role will involve overseeing design activities and developing system architectures for complex industrial systems.

This contract position will have you spearheading electrical, control, and instrumentation tasks for large-scale projects. You'll contribute to both conceptual and detailed equipment design while collaborating with vendors and construction teams. Supporting troubleshooting and field engineering activities will also be part of your dynamic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical and control design activities

• Develop control software and interface systems

• Conduct assessments of control systems and performance

• Prepare lifecycle plans and testing programs

• Guide junior engineers in development tasks

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in EC&I design engineering

• Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field

• Proficient in C/C++, C#, and PLCs

• Strong knowledge of PID controllers and DCS

• P.Eng. designation preferred for seniority
