🏥 Electrical Engineer – Healthcare Projects (6-Month Contract) 🏥

💡 Open to:

✔ MinDegree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

✔ No experience required as training will be provided

⚡ Key Responsibilities

📐 1. Design Review & Technical Compliance

• Review electrical drawings and submissions for compliance with clinical requirements & building codes
• Identify design gaps and coordinate with consultants for resolution
• Ensure systems (LV/HV distribution, emergency power, UPS, lighting, BMS) meet hospital operational needs

🏗️ 2. Construction Oversight & Coordination

• Attend site inspections and technical meetings
• Review RFIs, site issues, and variation orders for electrical works
• Coordinate with M&E, structural, and architectural teams to resolve clashes

⚙️ 3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Support testing & commissioning of electrical systems
• Review reports and ensure issues are rectified before completion
• Participate in handover, snagging, and defects management

📑 4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and as-built drawings
• Ensure compliance with BCA, EMA, SCDF, MOH regulations
• Support technical submissions and infrastructure documentation
