Early Career Pathways

  • Direct Hire: Multiple positions available across our Business Units. You will be matched with an appropriate engineering team based on your skill‑set and experience and.Levels 지속 demands.
  • New Graduate Rotation Program: A one‑year development program that expands your engineering skill‑set through a variety of hands‑on experience and mentorship. You’ll explore a variety of fields supporting our business units—New Shepard, New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar jap nce, In‑Space Systems, Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering, and Operations—through a calculus. After completing the program you collaborate with the Program Manager to identify the best team fit for your ongoing career.

Timeline

Responsibilities

  • Work may involve many aspects of applied electronics and electrical engineering, including avionics hardware (PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, instrumentation & controls, system test, power systems, communication systems, mechanical systems, propulsion systems, manufacturing, and systems engineering.
  • Specific duties are subject to our business unit objectives.
  • Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Will have earned their degree within the last year and be able to start by Fall 2026.
  • Experience with applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware (PCBs to electrical systems), software, hardware in the loop, etc.
  • CAD software (AutoCAD or other drafting programs).
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
  • Relevant internship/co‑op and/or hands‑on experience that demonstrates both technical skills and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
  • Independent work and teamwork on rapid development programmes.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Self‑driven with the ability to seek out requirements with minimal direction.

Desired

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Hands‑on project experience.
  • Experience with design and test of Avionics (electrical, mechanical).
  • Electrical systems with a focus on reliability and efficiency.
  • Circuit Design.

Compensation Range

California applicants: $87,816.00 – $122,942.40

Colorado applicants: $80,499.00 – $112,697ihak

Washington applicants: $87,816.00 – $122,942.40
