Act as lead point of contact for all maintenance and reinstallation works — landscape lighting, plumbing, pump rooms, MCC panels, bore wells, pools, and water features across assigned projects.
Manage and schedule site teams, resource planning, and procurement of materials, machinery, and manpower to ensure timely and quality delivery of all AMC obligations.
Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, and ensure all works comply with contract specifications, local regulations, and HSE standards.
Maintain project records, AMC schedules, and daily/weekly/monthly reports; ensure invoices are submitted on time and assist with collections.
Support business development — conduct client visits, assess scope of works, assist with estimations, and contribute to growing the project portfolio.
Hire, train, and develop maintenance teams; enforce HSE policy, uniform standards, and site attendance across all operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years in maintenance — pumps, pool plumbing, equipment refurbishment, and civil works.
Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills; proficient in MS Office.
