Position Overview
Electrical Engineer (2 positions) - On-site in Miami, FL. In this role, you will support the development of electro/mechanical test fixtures (rack-based systems), focus on PCB and instrument testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust design and production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in building electro/mechanical test fixtures (rack-based systems to control I/O and check voltage conditions).
- Prepare design changes, schematic, and PCBA updates using ECAD software.
- Execute Engineering Change Management processes including ECOs, first article testing, and design change documentation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress, including using Oracle EBS for part/BOM setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, and delivery targets.
Required Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in reading manufacturing drawings; experienced with Excel, PowerPoint, and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical industry experience is a plus.
- Experience in PCB/instrument testing and fixture development.
- Prior experience in leading a team.
