Develop expertise in power systems, Protection, and all related products.
Assist customers in applying products through visits, demonstrations, training courses, and telephone contact.
Provide solutions to a wide variety of increasingly difficult problems with imaginative, thorough, and practical approaches. Independently support customers in at least two knowledge areas of your specialization field.
Contribute to product specifications, application/testing software, and literature creation.
Participate in and present at marketing and sales activities, industry technical meetings, and conferences.
Provide assistance on products and applications to engineers, associates, and interns.
Regularly contribute to the customer feedback process, FAQs, IMI teams, and improvement of training material. Identify WCM initiatives and lead efforts to enhance them.
Adhere to and apply company Values, Principles of Operations, and World-Class Manufacturing principles.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree)
Typically, 6+ years of experience in power systems, industry practices, and protection.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Excellent technical training, speaking, writing, and customer service skills.
Strong communicator who actively seeks ways to improve customer experience.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage others, gaining their confidence and trust easily.
Skilled in planning, instruction, and leadership to successfully carry out tasks.
Models high standards of honesty and integrity.
Capable of learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities.
Proficient in selecting, applying, and teaching principles, theories, and concepts in your specialization field.
