Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe plant operations and minimal downtime.
- Supervise major field maintenance works, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational integrity.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and engineering tasks.
- Conduct engineering studies and electrical modifications based on technical specifications and business requirements.
- Support implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 systems, and conduct training for Electrical Supervisors to enhance competency.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or plant engineering environments.
