Electrical & Mechanical Engineer

Design, review, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to electrical system, HVAC, fire services, and plumbing & drainage systems, ELV systemCoordinate and manage E&M subcontractors to ensure construction quality and adherence to project schedules.Conduct on-site inspections and tests to verify all systems comply with Hong Kong regulations and international standards.Assist in the preparation of technical documents, tender submissions, and construction drawings.Maintain close communication with project teams, clients, and relevant authorities.Resolve technical issues arising during construction and propose innovative solutions.*Requirements**Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline, preferably with minimum of 5 years relevant working experienceHolding a relevant membership or engineering license will be a distinct advantage.
