Electrical QA/QC Engineer – Data Centre (Freelance)

Location: London

Start: ASAP (Monday/Tuesday target)

Duration: 6–8 weeks

Hours: 10-hour days (9 paid, overtime available)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical QA/QC Engineer to support a live data centre project in London. This is a short-term, fast-paced role requiring someone who can step in immediately and take ownership of quality assurance across electrical packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical QA/QC inspections on site
• Ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards
• Manage and review QA documentation and checklists
• Identify defects/snags and ensure close-out
• Support testing and commissioning readiness from a QA perspective
• Work closely with site teams to drive quality and handover completion

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical QA/QC Engineer
• Strong background working on data centre projects
• Solid understanding of QA processes, inspections, and documentation
• Experience supporting handover and project completion stages
• Able to start immediately and work in a fast-paced environment...
