Take ownership as the electrical technical lead for a growing international contractor delivering major mission-critical and data centre projects.

This is a senior pre-construction focused role where you will act as the electrical authority across design, estimating, procurement and delivery support making sure electrical scopes are accurate, buildable, commercially sound and delivered to the highest standard.

Your Role As an Electrical Engineering Program Manager/ Electrical Subject Matter Expert Will Include:

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and narratives for buildability, coordination and risk
• Acting as the main electrical technical contact with designers, consultants, trade partners and clients
• Supporting RFIs, submittals, change management, commissioning and closeout
• Creating electrical standards, checklists and best-practice processes across projects
• Mentoring project teams, estimators, engineers and superintendents

As a Electrical Engineering Program Manager / Electrical Subject Matter Expert You Will Have:

• Electrical construction experience
• Strong background in pre-construction, estimating, project management or electrical delivery
• Excellent knowledge of power distribution, lighting, grounding, low voltage and specialist systems
• Strong understanding of NEC, local codes and AHJ requirements
• Ability to review construction documents at a high technical level
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical or large-scale technical projects
• Electrical license, PE or technical certification would be beneficial
