Kiewit is seeking an Electrical Training Engineer to support the startup and operation of a new Electrical Training Facility in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role is designed to work directly alongside the Electrical Training & Development Coordinator, forming a highly integrated team responsible for delivering effective, field-aligned training programs.
The Training Engineer will focus on planning, technical coordination, digital tools, and program tracking, enabling the Coordinator to lead hands-on training execution. This role operates under the technical leadership of a Master Electrician, ensuring all training aligns with field standards, constructability, and project needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a field-oriented, tech-savvy engineer who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and contributing to workforce development.

Location
This position will be based at a new Electrical Training Facility currently being developed in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area.
The selected candidate must be located in DFW or willing to relocate prior to facility startup and program launch.
Occasional regional travel may be required to support project and workforce needs.
