Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join our Hong Kong-based R&D team and contribute to the development of custom-made IC designs for medical devices, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.
- Participate in the full ASIC development cycle, from concept and research through design, FPGA prototyping, prototype testing, ASIC layout, fabrication, and final evaluation.
- Perform digital and mixed-signal circuit design as well as system-level integration.
- Execute comprehensive design verification, including pre-layout simulation, post-layout simulation, and co-simulation; develop and maintain behavioral models.
- Participate in design reviews and actively contribute to improving design flows and methodologies.
- Define test plans and conduct silicon evaluation and characterization.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation.
- Support silicon bring-up and integration testing in final products.
- Collaborate on the development of production ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to ensure high quality and high reliability of the semiconductor chips.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and fundamental Electrical & Electronic concepts.
- Hands-on experience with logic design using Verilog.
- Familiarity with the full IC development project flow is a plus.
- Experience in evaluating and testing analog ICs or digital ASICs is highly desirable.
- Responsible, self-motivated, flexible, and proactive individual.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience.
