Du programmierst aus Überzeugung. Ob Arduino-Bastelprojekt, selbst entworfene Platine oder einfach stundenlanges Tüfteln an einem Codeproblem — Programmieren ist für dich mehr als Arbeit, es ist dein Ding. Genau diese Leidenschaft suchen wir. Bei uns wächst du in einem erfahrenen Team zum professionellen Embedded-Entwickler.

Berufserfahrung brauchst du keine. Entscheidend sind solide Kenntnisse in C oder C++, echte Neugier dafür, wie Hardware auf unterster Ebene funktioniert, und der Wille, Produkte zu entwickeln, die tatsächlich in Elektrofahrzeugen zum Einsatz kommen.

Was dich erwartet

• Embedded-Softwaremodule in C und/oder C++ für BMS-Anwendungen entwickeln und pflegen

• Low-Level-Treiber, Kommunikationsstacks und Diagnosefunktionen implementieren

• Unit Tests schreiben und für hohe Branch Coverage sorgen

• An Code Reviews teilnehmen und aktiv zur Codequalität beitragen

• Software auf Zielhardware (Mikrocontroller) integrieren und testen

• Embedded-Systeme mit Oszilloskop, Debugger und Logikanalysator debuggen

• Mit automobilen Kommunikationsprotokollen arbeiten (CAN, LIN, SPI)

• Anforderungen aus ISO 26262, ASPICE und MISRA C:2012 umsetzen

• Eng mit Systems Engineers, Testingenieuren und Product Ownern zusammenarbeiten

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Embedded Systems oder einem verwandten Studiengang

• Starke Programmierkenntnisse in C und/oder C++ — belegt durch eigene Projekte, Studienarbeiten oder Hobby-Elektronik

• Echte Begeisterung für Programmierung und Embedded-Systeme — zeig uns, was du gebaut hast

• Grundverständnis der Funktionsweise von Mikrocontrollern (Register, Interrupts, Peripherie)

• Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltung (Git)

• Lernbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Disziplin, Codingstandards einzuhalten

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland

Von Vorteil

• Eigene oder universitäre Projekte mit Mikrocontrollern (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico o. Ä.)

• Erfahrung mit einem RTOS (FreeRTOS oder vergleichbar)

• Kenntnisse in Kommunikationsprotokollen (CAN, SPI, UART, I2C)

• Umgang mit Debugging-Werkzeugen (Oszilloskop, Logikanalysator, JTAG-Debugger)

• Erfahrung mit Unit Testing oder testgetriebener Entwicklung

• Deutschkenntnisse
