To support the HSE function by analysing, structuring, and visualising HSE data to enable informed decision‑making, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of safety performance across projects and business units. The role bridges HSE data analytics and visual communication, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable dashboards, reports, and visual insights for management, projects, and regional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, HSE, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance management, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data modelling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in visual design and video editing software such as Blender, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
