About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of culture and strategy, ensuring that all candidates and employees understand our mission and their role in helping us achieve it.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Employer brand marketing plan - from first contact through the employee experience, to exit interview and alumni group, segmented by energy, manufacturing, digital infrastructure, cloud services
  • Company awards — critical awards for increasing brand awareness, attracting top talent, and solidifying employee sentiment about working at Crusoe
  • Content audit, creation and maintenance — website, blog, social, third party sites, internal comms
  • Employer brand marketing playbook — extending the team's reach so every employee is an employer brand ambassador, around the globe
  • Physical space messaging — making sure our employer brand is expressed in our spaces
  • Employee feedback — easy-to-use mechanisms for hearing from the whole company
  • Surveys and metrics — measuring not just output but outcome; improving engagement scores
  • Annual leadership summit planning team — the ultimate opportunity for strategic alignment and communication of our high-performance culture

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the hourly range of $93.00 - $112.00/hr. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
