ENGINEERING CONSULTING OPPORTUNITY (Modular Dairy Processing Architecture)

We are seeking experienced engineering professionals for a specialized consulting engagement focused on the conceptual development of a modular dairy processing architecture.

This project involves designing a scalable, plug-and-play dairy manufacturing system capable of producing multiple dairy products through independent yet integrated process modules.

IMPORTANT:

This role is intended for professionals with hands-on experience in dairy or food processing systems.

Applications from general mechanical, software or non-food industry backgrounds will not be considered.

Scope of Work:

• Development of modular dairy process architecture
• Definition of process modules (pasteurization, fermentation, separation, fat processing)
• Equipment-level system structuring
• Plug & play mechanical & utility interface concepts
• Design considerations for hygienic processing & CIP integration
• Process scalability & modular replication strategy

Nature of Engagement

This is a conceptual engineering and system architecture project.

It does not involve EPC, plant construction or fabrication.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in dairy or food processing engineering
• Direct experience with dairy processing equipment or plant systems
• Strong understanding of processes such as pasteurization, fermentation, separation & CIP
• Experience in process system design, not only automation or software
• Familiarity with modular or flexible manufacturing systems is highly desirable

Preferred Background :

Experience with established dairy or food processing organizations such as Tetra Pak, GEA Group, SPX FLOW, or Alfa Laval or similar engineering environments.

Engagement Details :

• Independent consulting role (individual or small team)
• Project duration: approximately 10–14 weeks
• Remote collaboration with defined technical deliverables
