What you’ll do

Own long-term team outcomes and success of Privy’s product and business

Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance

Ensure the team is working on the right scope of work and projects, align decisions with business impact, and build interfaces with other parts of the org

Fill gaps as a player-coach; review PRs, write and review design docs, investigate incidents – stay close to the metal and reinforce our builder culture

Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals

Build a supportive, fun, motivating, celebratory team culture so that the team wins every week

Partner with the team’s Tech Lead and Product Manager to drive successful engineering and product outcomes
