Engineering Positions – Structural, Geotechnical and Architectural Disciplines

Growing Engineering firm in Boston, MA is seeking highly capable and motivated individuals for several engineering positions. The firm is known for its team of senior level multi-disciplinary industry experts with considerable experience leading major projects involving multi-disciplinary engineering and architecture. The firm is currently providing services across Bridge and Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Project Management and Facility Asset Condition Assessments.

We are looking for full-time professional staff with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience for our Boston location. Candidates with a master’s degree or other advanced degree and experience in complex analysis and design of structural systems, geotechnical engineering, and exposure to both Civil/Structural engineering and architecture as a dual degree or as a minor field of study are highly preferred. Due to our anticipated work assignments, candidates, with deeper levels of experience and technical expertise are highly desired.

Based on our current backlog, there is a strong possibility that the successful candidate(s) will be able to work on projects involving complex bridges, geotechnical design, geo-structural systems as well as having the opportunity combine both engineering and architectural disciplines based on the candidate background and preferences.

Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate and offer considerable growth opportunities. Standard benefits package includes Health Insurance, 401K including matching contributions, PTO and holidays and attractive bonuses. These are current open positions but start date is negotiable,
