This state-of-the-art facility will deliver end-to-end Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) capabilities with different manufacturing units/buildings in one campus Small molecule- chemical API production
The campus will be equipped with modern digital and automation infrastructure, enabling autonomous manufacturing powered by artificial intelligence. In addition, it will be designed for carbon neutrality, embedding sustainability into every aspect of operations and setting a new benchmark for environmentally responsible biologics manufacturing.

This engineering role with leadership capabilities will plan and coordinate engineering activities focused on electrical systems in a large manufacturing facility and handles projects across a portfolio of programs. It may also involve providing technical and project management support, acting as a domain expert within the engineering function.
Accountabilities
Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Mastery in understanding of principles and concepts
Technical expertise in high / medium and low voltage.
Data savvy, collecting of data, analytics, diagnostics
Application of AI (agents, LLM,….) for operational efficiency
Experience in project management
Sound understanding of cGMP, SHE standards,
Standard Operating Procedures and local regulatory standards
