ExxonMobil is based out of the Houston Area in Spring, Texas. We are accepting applications for recent and upcoming university graduates for full-time engineering opportunities across the U.S.

About You

We seek students who are passionate about what they do and eager to join us in providing solutions to society’s energy needs. Students with strong academic performance in core programs, leadership, and communication skills who have recently graduated, or have an upcoming graduation date, seeking full-time placement with a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in the following engineering disciplines are encouraged to apply:

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, discipline, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act | New Jersey Pay and Benefits Transparency Law

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay Act, and the New Jersey Pay and Benefits Transparency Law, for Illinois or New Jersey employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000 base salary ($/year).

We offer you:

  • Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
