Entry-Level Analyst

STAN is a new investment platform built by Humans and AI. STAN has already produced excellent investment results and we are building the team to make it even better.

We are hiring an entry-level analyst to work across research, analytics, product support, and growth. This is a role for someone smart, ambitious, coachable, and eager to take on real responsibility early. The environment is fast-paced, intellectually rigorous, and highly collaborative, with broad exposure across the business from the start.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools and excited to contribute across disciplines including finance, data science, mathematical modeling, research, operations, and marketing. This is not a narrow back-office role. The right candidate will be analytically strong, curious, highly responsive, and able to turn ideas into useful work quickly.

What You'll Work On

• Conducting market, company, and thematic research
• Supporting investment analysis and internal decision-making
• Working on data analysis, modeling, and performance tracking
• Helping build and improve internal tools, workflows, and AI-assisted systems
• Assisting with product, growth, and operational projects as needed
• Translating open-ended questions into structured analysis and actionable output

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic background from a good college or university
• Smart, driven, ambitious, and intellectually curious
• Coachable and able to absorb feedback quickly
• Comfortable working hard and moving fast
• Strong communicator with sound judgment
• Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of day-to-day work
• Interested in a mix of finance, research, data science, mathematical modeling, product, and operations
• Excited by high standards, fast iteration, and broad responsibility
• International students and recent international graduates from U.S. colleges and universities are encouraged to apply
