Entry-Level Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team in Ashburn, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, technical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This onsite role requires candidates to be open to relocation and to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for joint problem solving and project-based interaction.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Assist in creating documentation and reports for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Ashburn, VA
• Must be authorized to work on W2 (Full-Time employment)
• Open to relocation and working in an onsite environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets or databases
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
