Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production / Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will support production operations, improve manufacturing processes, and work closely with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes and workflows
• Support production teams with technical documentation, drawings, and work instructions
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with design engineers and fabrication teams to ensure manufacturability
• Help troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, process optimization)
• Maintain accurate documentation for processes, procedures, and changes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or engineering preferred
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
• Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to metal fabrication or stainless-steel manufacturing
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
• Experience with shop floor environments or production support
