Epic Products Analyst Certification Required

A company is looking for an Epic Products Analyst who will provide direct support for Epic applications within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Attend meetings to review end-user performance, track issues, and monitor system capabilities

Perform workflow analysis, collect data, produce reports, and troubleshoot application issues

Collaborate with teams to analyze business operations and implement system enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare administration, business, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Epic certification in the primary build application required within six months of appointment

Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare operations or IT field

Exposure to or experience with Epic or other electronic health record software products preferred
