Equity Analyst, Emerging Markets/AI, Family Office (Miami or NY)

Robin Judson Partners

Job Description

Our client is a $250m single family office that in recent years converted from a hedge fund structure. The strategy allows them to invest in anything, but they focus on two areas: emerging markets/frontier public equity and public and private equity investments in artificial intelligence companies. The EM strategy involves buying companies with strong competitive advantages and substantial growth potential. They buy at low valuations by looking at niche, overlooked areas or in countries experiencing macroeconomic crises. For all investments, they take a value-oriented approach, they keep a concentrated portfolio, and they are not afraid of volatility. The fund would like to hire an analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support and eventually identify investments. Candidates may have backgrounds that include IB Analyst program + 1-2 years doing public or private equity on the buyside or 2-4 years in sell side equity research. The role requires excellent modeling and due diligence skills. The analyst needs to communicate effectively with management teams, attend conferences, and glean information from a variety of parties adjacent to their investments. Salary: $150-200,000+ bonus. Qualified candidates may forward a resume to our website. All inquiries will be treated confidentially.
