Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Coordinate and administer the ERM program to gather, track, and report risk mitigation results.
- Prepare and present executive-level risk reports, dashboards, and summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in risk exposure.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies, controls, and mitigation plans.
- Support enterprise risk assessments, including surveys, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT, Supply Chain, Strategy) to ensure alignment of risk management efforts.
- Stay updated on emerging risks, industry trends, and evolving risk management best practices.
- Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, risk advisory, or related governance functions.
- Working knowledge of ERM frameworks and processes, including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Experience supporting risk assessments, surveys, or workshops involving senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience preparing professional deliverables such as executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within an ERM program in a global or complex organization.
- Exposure to Board of Directors, Audit Committee, or Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reporting.
- Experience managing or supporting enterprise risk assessments (ERA), including survey design and reporting.
- Familiarity with integrating ERM outputs into strategic planning, audit planning, or capital allocation.
- Experience with GRC/ERM tools such as AuditBoard, Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
- Knowledge of enterprise risk areas such as regulatory, geopolitical, technology/AI, cyber, or supply chain risks.
- Background in internal audit, consulting, or Big 4 environments.
- Relevant certifications or progress toward certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, PMP, CERA, or CRM.
- Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
