We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and disciplined ERP & Projects Control Engineer / Coordinator to manage and maintain the organization’s ERP system while supporting day-to-day project operations.
This role works closely with the senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, real-time capture and reporting of project data, costs, and progress. The ideal candidate is proactive, hands-on, and comfortable coordinating across Projects, Procurement, Accounts, HR, and Site Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of project, procurement, HR and financial data into the ERP system
- Enforce system discipline and minimize off-system/manual tracking
- Follow up with departments to maintain data completeness and accuracy
- Upload and maintain project records including BOQs, budgets and schedules
- Update daily project progress, manpower allocation and resource utilization
- Coordinate with Accounts to ensure proper cost allocation and coding
- Track project budgets and expenditures against approved costs
- Ensure correct use of cost codes across all transactions
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress across projects
- Identify delays, risks, and resource gaps and escalate to management
- Support decision-making through accurate data tracking
- Track material requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and consumption
- Coordinate with Procurement and Site Teams to avoid delays or shortages
- Maintain accurate and structured records of materials, vendors, employees, and projects
- Prevent duplication and ensure data consistency across the ERP system
- Collaborate with Projects, Procurement, Accounts, HR, and Site Teams
- Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure alignment across departments
- Prepare and record Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
- Track action items and ensure timely closure
- Prepare and maintain:
- Daily reports (progress, manpower, materials)
- Weekly reports (project and procurement status)
- Monthly reports (cost analysis and budget vs. actuals)
- Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, and project documentation
- Ensure proper version control and document accessibility
- Provide support and guidance to team members on ERP usage
- Drive system adoption and improve user compliance
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
- Support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination or ERP systems
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of BOQs, project costing and construction/site operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
