EV Charging Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct service and installation tasks on charging stations

• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated technical issues

• Manage travel, parts inventory, and service priorities

• Complete timely Field Service Reports

• Troubleshoot equipment failures to recommend solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years relevant field service experience required

• Associate degree or military background preferred

• Experience with electrical and electronic troubleshooting

• Proficiency in communication within high-pressure settings

• Willingness to travel about 80% of the time
