About FieldAI

Field AI is building advanced AI systems to power real-world autonomy. As a fast-growing company at the forefront of innovation, we move quickly and operate with high standards, supporting leaders who are shaping the future of AI.

Role Overview

Events are one of the highest-leverage channels we have. They're where technical buyers see the hardware in motion, where enterprise relationships form, and where FieldAI's presence signals the category we're building. This role owns that entirely.

As Events Marketing Manager, you will own the full events function at FieldAI — strategy, execution, and agency management. You'll define where we show up, how we show up, and what we leave behind. You'll run field marketing and trade shows end-to-end, and you'll lead internal event production including the Mission Center sessions that give customers and prospects direct access to our platform. This is a builder role. There is no inherited playbook. You'll create it.

What You’ll Get To Do

Own FieldAI's annual events calendar — identifying, prioritizing, and planning every external event we attend or anchor, from global trade shows (Automate, IROS, Humanoids Summit) to targeted field marketing activations

Build the events strategy from scratch: define success metrics, set investment thresholds, and develop a repeatable evaluation framework for where FieldAI's presence drives pipeline

Translate brand positioning and product milestones into event narratives — ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, credible, and category-defining

Manage end-to-end execution of trade show participation: booth design, logistics, staffing, demo coordination, and post-event follow-through

Lead agency relationships for booth production — owning briefs, timelines, and quality standards while holding vendors accountable to FieldAI's technical and aesthetic bar

Partner with Sales and GTM to ensure field marketing activations are tied to pipeline goals and account targets

Develop pre- and post-event engagement programs that extend the life of each event and move contacts through the funnel

Own production of Mission Center events — the high-stakes sessions where customers and prospects engage directly with our deployed systems

Manage all logistics, run-of-show, vendor coordination, and on-site execution for internal hosted events

Build repeatable operational infrastructure: templates, timelines, briefing docs, and post-event reporting that scales with a growing calendar

What You Have

5+ years of events marketing experience, with a track record of owning events end-to-end — not just supporting them

Experience managing booth production and creative agency relationships for trade show participation

Strong project management instincts: you run multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping threads

Comfort operating in technical environments — you don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold a credible conversation about what FieldAI's technology does and why it matters

Experience partnering with Sales and GTM to align events to pipeline, not just impressions

A sharp eye for quality: you care about the details of how a brand shows up in physical space

Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA, five days per week

The Extras That Set You Apart

Experience in deep tech, robotics, autonomous systems, construction, defense, or industrial verticals

Prior ownership of hosted customer events or executive briefing programs

Experience building an events function from scratch — defining process, tooling, and measurement where none existed

Relationships with trade show and events vendors in the robotics or industrial tech space

Background at a high-growth startup where you operated without a fully-staffed support team
