Execution Strategy Analyst (Systematic Trading)

Job Description

Execution is where alpha gets made or lost. If you run a systematic fund and you've spent real time thinking about routing, infrastructure, and why your fills look the way they do — we'd like to talk.

About Lime

Lime was built by traders who needed a brokerage that could handle institutional-grade volume, speed, and discretion. We've been operating at that level for over 20 years. Now we're extending those capabilities to a broader set of systematic and quant-driven funds.

What this role actually is

We're working with a select group of trading professionals to map how execution infrastructure decisions get made at the fund level — across different AUM sizes, strategies, and setups.

You'd be contributing real perspective from the inside: what's working, what isn't, and where the market has left smaller funds underserved.

You're probably a fit if:

  • You're a CIO, CTO, Head of Trading, or equivalent at a systematic or quant fund
  • Your fund manages somewhere between $5M and $500M in AUM
  • You use or are actively evaluating FIX, API, DMA, or colocation setups
  • You've run into the ceiling with prime brokers — or the floor with retail platforms

What we're looking for:

Not credentials. Practitioners who have strong opinions about execution and can speak to the trade-offs they've navigated firsthand.

What to expect:

An initial 20–30 minute conversation. Selected participants move into an ongoing advisory engagement — structured around your availability, fully remote.
