About You and This Role
We’re looking for someone to join our Executive Operations team who thrives on variety, complex problem-solving, and the challenge of keeping a fast-paced, hard-tech start-up running smoothly. You’ll be the trusted organiser for our CEO and leadership team, as well as the driving force behind operational improvements that make our workplace more efficient, enjoyable, and productive.
You'll work directly with our CEO, supporting him across everything that keeps his day running well. That means owning his inbox and calendar, yes, but also being the person who quietly figures out the hard things, whether that's untangling a visa issue the night before a trip, handling a sensitive email when he's unreachable, or chasing down an answer on a tax question before he even has to ask.
This is a role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in doing this kind of work brilliantly. If you're looking to move into strategy or operations down the line, this probably isn't the right fit. If you take real pride in flawless execution, extreme attention to detail, and being the person your CEO can rely on completely, read on.
