EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)
Compensation: $160K–$260K TC | $100K-$140K base + cash bonus

We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the CEO’s scheduling, calendar, travel, and daily priorities.
- Manage company finance and payroll.
- Maintain organized, accurate records and handle sensitive information.
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, presentations, memos, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate events, meetings, logistics, and internal projects.
- Build and optimize systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Communicate with executives, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the CEO.
- Provide high-quality support across the organization and resolve issues quickly.
- Take ownership of projects and help drive initiatives forward.
- Stay current on best practices to continuously improve the function.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar admin role (tech/B2B SaaS preferred).
- 1+ year of experience as a bookkeeper or managing finance.
- Elite organizational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ability; comfortable working with executives.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tools fast.
- Exceptional writing/editing skills.
- High trust, discretion, and professionalism.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment; willing to grind.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
