Role Overview

We’re looking for an Executive Business Development Associate to partner closely with our CEO and CRO in driving high-impact growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business development, executive engagement, and brand presence—supporting personalized outreach and messaging, managing inbound interest across executive channels, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for prospective partners and customers.

You’ll play a critical role in turning executive visibility into meaningful pipeline, owning follow-up, coordination, and supporting relationship management across key interactions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work directly with senior leadership on strategic growth efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with the CEO and CRO to support day-to-day business development efforts, ensuring consistent follow-through across priority prospects and initiatives
  • Execute highly personalized outreach on behalf of executives across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email), tailored to target accounts and strategic priorities
  • Monitor and manage inbound interest across executive channels, triaging and responding in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner
  • Own coordination and preparation for external meetings, including scheduling, briefing materials, and ensuring executives are equipped with relevant context
  • Drive post-meeting follow-up, including next steps, materials, and ongoing engagement to move opportunities forward
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of executive-level interactions, pipeline activity, and relationship status
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign support tied to executive outreach
  • Support and manage elements of executive social presence (primarily LinkedIn), helping translate activity into engagement and pipeline opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and processes related to executive-led business development and engagement
  • Help deliver a white-glove prospect experience, ensuring every interaction reflects a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 0-2+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, customer-facing roles, executive support, or related high-touch environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and thoughtfully on behalf of senior executives
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through with limited oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building instincts and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigating ambiguity with resourcefulness and initiative
  • Experience coordinating across stakeholders and managing follow-up or workflow in a highly responsive environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems with HubSpot preferred, LinkedIn, and other tools such as Google Workspace and Slack

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An MBA
  • Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or revenue leaders
  • Exposure to prospecting, pipeline support, account research, or business development motions
  • Experience supporting social media or personal brand engagement in a professional context
  • Interest in relationship-driven business development

Why You Should Apply:

  • Join a team driven by curiosity, teamwork, integrity, and a shared passion for solving big challenges.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and supportive culture with regular social and team events.
  • Comprehensive benefits with excellent medical, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • Employer-paid life insurance & short-term & long-term disability, with other voluntary additional coverage available (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity).
  • Flexible hybrid work policy.
  • Flexible unlimited paid vacation plus 80 hours of paid sick leave.
  • 10 paid company holidays per year plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s off.
  • 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 3%, plus 50% match up to 5% (subject to IRS limits).
