Position: Experienced Instrumentation Technologist for Energy Transition

Join a team of innovators as an Instrumentation and Controls Technologist, designing systems that propel the energy sector forward. Support significant projects and contribute to sustainable practices in a collaborative environment.

This role focuses on developing precise P&IDs and maintaining instrumentation information throughout various project phases. With over 5 years of focused experience, you will ensure effective problem resolution during E&I design and support project planning with accurate costings and forecasts. Lead technical evaluations to guide procurement decisions while ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop P&IDs accurately
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance
  • Lead evaluations and develop procurement recommendations
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering specifications
  • Select instrumentation equipment per project requirements

Requirements:

  • A technical diploma in relevant fields
  • 5+ years of experience in instrumentation roles
  • Strong background in industrial projects, particularly oil and gas
  • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD
  • Collaborative approach to tackling engineering challenges
