Experienced Trading Analyst for North American Power and GasMarkets

Join as a Supply & Trading Analyst, where you will

drive insights and risk assessments for the North American power

and gas sector. Your role includes mastering market analysis and

optimizing trading strategies to boost portfolio

success.

In this full-time position, you'll

analyze trends in power and gas markets, develop advanced pricing

models, and perform sophisticated data management. Your insights

will be shared through reports to senior stakeholders, and you will

collaborate with traders to refine strategies. Additionally, you'll

ensure alignment with risk policies throughout the trading

process.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct

in-depth analysis of power and gas markets • Maintain comprehensive

pricing models for all products • Support trading strategies with

detailed quantitative analysis • Prepare impactful reports for

senior stakeholders • Track exposure and manage P&L

reporting

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in

finance or analytical area • 2+ years in energy trading or market

analytics • Expertise in Excel, SQL, and Python • Familiarity with

ETRM systems beneficial • Excellent problem-solving and

communication abilities
