About the Role

The Expert Analyst - Business Intelligence & Operation Excellenceis responsible for designing high‑quality reports and dashboards and automating manual, recurring data processes across the organization. This role ensures business users have reliable, self‑service, and well‑designed reporting, reducing dependency on manual data preparation and spreadsheet‑based work.

What you need to do

• Design and maintain dashboards, consistent KPIs, report logic and self‑service BI solutions
• Replace spreadsheet‑based and manual reporting processes with automated solutions
• Identify manual, repetitive data tasks and automate them using BI tools, SQL, or data pipelines to improve data accessibility
• Analyze operational, product, and customer data to drive improvements and operation changes
• Improve data delivery speed, reliability, and scalability
• Maintain and enhance existing BI assets
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of metrics across teams
• Support self‑service BI adoption and user enablement

What you need to have

• 3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or operations analysis
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (AlibabaQuickBI, powerBI, etc.)
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
