  • Ability to independently manage multiple transaction workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgement and attention to detail across all phases of the deal lifecycle
  • Effective communicator with the ability to interface directly with senior client executives and counterparties
  • Proven ability to lead and develop junior team members while maintaining high execution standards
  • Commercial awareness and interest in developing client relationships and sector expertise over time

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree optional
  • 5-7+ years of investment banking experience, with direct M&A execution experience required
  • Demonstrated experience contributing meaningfully to transactions from start to close
  • Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing), or ability to obtain
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
  • You must either reside in or be within commutable distance to your office location

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience working with founder-owned and/or private equity-backed businesses
  • Exposure to middle-market transactions
  • Interest in contributing to business development over time
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
