- Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings
- Review structural drawings and specifications
- Calculate material requirements and prepare BOQ
- Coordinate with production team for fabrication activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and standards
- Visit project sites for measurements and inspections
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
- Resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation
- Prepare accurate and fast quotations
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
- Submit quotations within deadline (same day for small jobs)
- Visit construction sites to identify new work opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and procurement teams
- Follow up with clients for new and ongoing projects
- Promote company services (steel fabrication, crane works, etc.)
- Communicate with clients regarding requirements and changes
- Attend meetings and technical discussions
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Plan fabrication schedules and monitor progress
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with logistics and store for material availability
- Ensure fabrication quality meets standards
- Follow HSE requirements at workshop and site
- Inspect finished works before delivery
