YOUR ROLE Support and maintain mechanical and utilities systems, including (as applicable):

Chilled water systems and process cooling waters

HVAC for process and equipment areas

Compressed dry air and vacuum, systems

Exhaust, scrubbers, and environmental protection systems

Other mechanical facilities systems supporting production tools

Plan, execute, and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure high system reliability and minimize unplanned downtime

Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and utility systems to restore operation in the shortest possible time

Monitor and analyze system performance, reliability, and capacity utilization, and prepare basic reports.

Identify, recommend, and implement improvement and cost-optimization projects

Develop and follow operating and maintenance procedures to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient system operation.

Monitor utility consumption (e.g., electricity for chillers, water, compressed air) and work with relevant users to optimize usage and reduce waste where possible

Manage spare parts and consumables (critical spares, filters, seals, pumps, etc.) to ensure sufficient availability for daily operation and emergency repairs.]

Maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment histories, maintenance records, P&IDs, drawings, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for servicing, repairs, and system upgrade projects.

Provide technical support to production and other departments on issues related to mechanical and utilities systems.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

2-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Self-motivated with a keen interest in facility systems and continuous improvement

Good problem solving skills

Strong sense of responsibility
