Factory Deputy General Manager (Station in PRC)

Handle the day‑to‑day operations of the plant, coordinate the planning and management of production, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage, and other plant affairs. Coordinate, communicate, and cooperate among all departments in the factory to improve management efficiency. Manage the production schedule, delivery, and production in the plant, and expand production capacity to reduce costs. Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, give advice, and monitor staff performance assessment.

• Responsibilities
• Handle day‑to‑day plant operations.
• Coordinate planning and management of production, safety, fire protection, environmental protection, logistics, material storage, and other plant affairs.
• Coordinate, communicate, and cooperate among all departments to improve management efficiency.
• Manage production schedule, delivery, and production; expand capacity to reduce costs.
• Develop performance standards, supervise staff regularly, provide advice, and monitor staff performance assessment.
• Station in China or Southeast Asia.
• Qualifications
• Associate degree or above.
• Good leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, diligent, self‑motivated, and accountable for responsibilities.
• More than 10 years of work experience, at least 5 years in factory management; preference for solid experience in large and medium‑sized factories.
