Overview

Our client, a company operating in the fashion technology and e-commerce industry in the USA, is hiring a Fashion Product Data Analyst. This role focuses on turning product, customer, and sales data into actionable insights that improve assortment planning, online performance, and operational decision-making. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys combining analytics with an understanding of fashion retail dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends.
  • Build reports and dashboards to support merchandising, pricing, and marketing teams.
  • Identify patterns in returns, sell-through, and inventory movement.
  • Support forecasting and assortment planning with data-backed recommendations.
  • Work with product and operations teams to maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and commercially relevant way.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into practical business insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of online retail KPIs is highly desirable.
  • Salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 USD per year
