About the role:
Field Application Engineer (Power) will work with BGs, internal stakeholders, and Customers to understand and respond, from a detailed technical perspective, to our customer’s power requirements and challenges as they relate to Delta’s products. All aspects of technical development will fall under the FAE’s responsibility, and working closely with the PM and Account Manager as well as fostering a trusting relationship with customer contacts will be vital to success in this position. The job is based in Delta’s Fremont, California headquarters.

The base salary range for this full-time position is 110,000- 140,000 per year depending on experiences and degree. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements. Benefits include health coverage, wellness resources, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other company‑sponsored programs; parental leave is provided in accordance with applicable law.
