About the Role

We're looking for our first field marketing manager in EMEA. This person will own end-to-end event management across trade shows, field events, executive dinners, and community activations

In this role, you will

  • Build and own the EMEA events calendar, from strategy through execution to post-event follow-up
  • Partner closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure targeting of the right accounts and presence at the right events
  • Plan and execute a range of event formats including trade shows, executive dinners, hosted events, and community activations
  • Develop and manage the post-event follow-up motion to ensure leads are captured and actioned
  • Track and report on pipeline, ROI, and lead conversion metrics
  • Use event performance data to inform investment decisions and continuously improve the events program

Your background looks something like this

  • 5–7 years of field or event marketing experience at a B2B company
  • Experience owning events in EMEA, you understand how markets differ across the region and can adapt
  • Strong commercial instincts, comfortable being held to a pipeline number
  • The ability to run multiple programs at once without dropping the ball
  • Experience turning one-off events into repeatable programs
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always figured out yet
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% across EMEA and occasionally to the US
