About the Role
Postman is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and in-market execution across the UK. This role sits within Revenue Marketing and is focused on bringing regional campaign strategy to life in one of our most mature and competitive markets. You’ll execute high-impact programs that engage developers, product teams, and enterprise buyers — with a strong emphasis on deal acceleration and executive engagement. You’ll partner closely with sales to ensure marketing is aligned to priority accounts and pipeline needs, and you’ll play a key role in how Postman shows up in-market across the UK.
We’re looking for someone who thinks in terms of pipeline, not programs — and knows how to execute in ways that move deals forward.
What You’ll Own
UK Pipeline Contribution & In-Market Execution
Execute regional marketing plans aligned to UK pipeline goals
Focus on driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and deal progression
Align programs to territory plans, key accounts, and pipeline gaps
Integrated Campaign Execution (Field + Digital + ABM)
Execute multi-channel programs including:
In-person events and executive experiences
Webinars and virtual programs
Account-based marketing (1:few, 1:many)
Always-on digital support
Support campaigns across the full funnel, with strong focus on late-stage acceleration
Sales Partnership & Account Engagement
Operate in a GTM pod model with tight partnership with UK AEs and ADR teams to:
Prioritize target accounts
Execute account engagement plans
Support active opportunities
Bring marketing into deals to improve win rates and velocity
Events & Field Programs
Execute high-quality field programs, including:
Executive roundtables and VIP experiences
Industry events and sponsorships
Targeted hosted experiences
Focus on depth of engagement and pipeline impact
Performance & Pipeline Accountability
Track performance against pipeline and engagement KPIs
Optimize execution based on what drives results
Maintain visibility into UK marketing contribution to revenue
About You
Experience
5–8+ years in field marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
Experience executing campaigns in a mature, enterprise-focused market
Strong track record of sales partnership and account engagement
Skills & Approach
Thinks in terms of pipeline, accounts, and revenue
Strong execution across integrated channels
Comfortable supporting late-stage deals and executive engagement
Data-driven and performance-focused

At Postman we value in person collaboration. We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo and London. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year. We were thoughtful in our approach which is based on collaboration and grounded in feedback from our workforce, leadership team, and peers. The benefits of our in office model will be shared knowledge, brainstorming sessions, communication, and building trust in-person that cannot be replicated via zoom.
