About the Role:

As Field Marketing Manager, you will execute the regional marketing motion, bringing global campaign strategy to life through local programs that generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow brand awareness across the region. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing local and regional campaigns, ensuring every marketing activity is tightly aligned to sales goals and the specific dynamics of each market.

A significant part of this role is events: you will manage the full lifecycle of local and regional trade shows and field events, from initial logistics and budget planning through to post-event analysis and follow-through with Sales. Beyond events, you will work closely with sales teams on an ongoing basis to make sure marketing investment is showing up where it matters most, in pipeline and revenue. You will track and report on the impact of your programs, turning data into clear recommendations for where to double down and where to adjust.

You thrive in a high-execution environment, moving fluidly between planning and hands-on delivery. You keep multiple projects moving in parallel without losing sight of the bigger picture and you build genuine, trusted partnerships with sales.

What you'll be doing:

  • Regional sales partnership: Work closely with local sales teams to understand regional priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs. Provide ongoing marketing support to help advance opportunities.
  • Campaign execution: Adapt and activate global integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring proper localization of messaging, assets, and channels as needed.
  • Event coordination: Plan and manage logistics for field events including meetups, workshops, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate vendor management, promotions, and on-site execution to ensure successful experiences.
  • Targeted program activation: Support account-based initiatives, webinars, workshops, and regional programs that drive engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Events, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and visibility into regional activities.
  • Lead generation support: Execute regional programs designed to generate qualified leads and accelerate existing opportunities. Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.
  • Localization: Coordinate translation needs, regional messaging adjustments, and asset adaptation to ensure relevance for regional audiences.
  • Program measurement: Track basic performance metrics for regional activities, including attendance, lead volume, and initial pipeline influence. Share insights and feedback with Marketing leadership.
  • Budget tracking: Assist with the management of regional marketing spend, including vendor invoices, event costs, and resource coordination.
  • Regional insights: Provide feedback on customer interests, competitive activity, and market observations that can inform broader marketing efforts.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product https://accounts.cloud.camunda.io/signup?_ga=2.47330343.127558761.1654184528-504024057.1654184528.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience specifically within field marketing, event planning, or regional campaign work.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience executing account-based marketing programs across digital, direct mail, and in-person touchpoints, working from a defined target account list to engage and move named accounts through the funnel.
  • Experience planning or supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when partnering across teams and with Sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt messaging and assets for regional use and ensure programs resonate with local audiences.
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track program performance and report on results.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage details in a fast-paced environment.
