About the Job

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate the Field Assist supervision program, which provides onsite and remote supervision for robotic deployments across construction sites, oil & gas facilities, and mining environments.

This role focuses on coordinating hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing communication for Field Assist resources, while supporting scheduling and logistics for field deployments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and comfortable working across operations, HR, and field teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Hiring & Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate intern and contractor hiring logistics (scheduling interviews, collecting documentation, liaising with HR and recruiting)
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation, system access, and equipment coordination
  • Deliver structured onboarding sessions and initial training material
  • Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure compliance requirements are completed
  • Field Team Coordination
  • Conduct regular sync calls with interns and contractors to track progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for deployment-related administrative matters
  • Escalate field concerns appropriately and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain deployment staffing trackers and availability schedules
  • Performance & Feedback Management
  • Provide structured - feedback to interns and contractors
  • Collect upward feedback and summarize insights for leadership
  • Help monitor performance and identify training or support needs
