Job Descriptions:

• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance and repair of surgical/diagnostic/imaging equipment within an assigned service territory
• Diagnose errors, troubleshoot technical problems and determine effective solutions for customers
• Deliver exceptional 1st-level customer service support and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service activities
• Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical devices/ life science industry
• Good knowledge in IT connectivity & networking system
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel within the local region
