Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as a Field Service Engineer, where you will provide invaluable technical support and solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver product technical support to customers and collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including clients, head office, and agents.
• Provide assistance for Chemical Mechanical Polishingand other related equipment.
• Support the Ozone Water Generator and other product lines.
• Be available for on-call support and work during non-office hours as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in an engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, technical support, or field service roles within the semiconductor equipment sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, along with the capability to work efficiently under stress.
