Field Service Engineer - MFD / Print (Walking role)

We are a growing and customer-focused provider of managed print and document solutions, delivering industry-leading MFD (Multi-Functional Device) technology to businesses across the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of MFDs and print equipment across your assigned region. You will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Install, service, and maintain MFDs, printers, and associated software

• Diagnose and repair faults on-site and remotely
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing
• Manage service calls efficiently within agreed SLAs
• Provide technical support and training to customers where required
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within the MFD / print industry
• Strong IT/networking knowledge (TCP/IP, scanning, print drivers)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with print management software (e.g. Basic knowledge of Windows server environments
