We are looking for analyst to provide assistance for mobility & desktop/laptop inventory management with prior experience in asset management.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Receiving devices (laptop/desktop/mobility), Devices scanning and inventory upload
- Device staging/imaging
- Device testing – checking device quality
- Handling Asset management life cycle – add, change, move & decomm
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Asset management Tracks.
- Configuration troubleshooting for iOS based systems
- 1-3 years of experience in the use of SNOW or any asset tool.
- Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Mac/iOS handling experience is preferred.

- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Follow up with users to ensure their devices are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
